As Easter weekend approaches, we wanted to remind our subscribers that the J&A office will be closed on Friday, April 7th, in observance of Good Friday. We will reopen on Monday, April 10th, and resume our regular business hours.
If you need to report a claim, we encourage you to visit our Payment & Claim page, where you can easily report a claim online. Alternatively, call the toll-free claims number in your policy packet for assistance.
In case of a property loss, please take all necessary measures to prevent further damage. This may include shutting off water or electricity to prevent further damage, covering exposed areas with tarps or plastic, or taking pictures of the damage for documentation purposes.
